South Hills Academy Blog

Character Day on October 31st is a joyful tradition that brings our whole school community together. From preschool through high school, students dress up as their favorite book, movie, or historical characters. The day is filled with excitement as students share their costumes and celebrate in a fun, school-wide atmosphere.

One of the highlights is our Preschool to Kinder parade, where our youngest learners walk through campus and are greeted by cheering elementary and secondary students. Staff members hand out candy as the little ones proudly show off their costumes, creating a sweet moment of connection across grade levels. Character Day is a simple, festive way for our students to enjoy community, joy, and school spirit.
